Corporate Social Investment

John Povey has been the Chairman of HOPE (Help for Out of work People in Edenvale) since 1990. He is chairman of the Khanyisa Trust and we sponsor the administration of the employment service and the daily soup kitchen in Edenvale and Khanyisa training projects. Some of the beneficiaries of Khanyisa projects are parolees under rehabilitation.

We have sponsored community trusts in the Sekhukune land as our commitment to helping to develop this rural area so that the inhabitants in the Tubatse area can participate in the mining development that is currently taking place in that area. We were instrumental in establishing a community training facility to enable people to enter the mining industry.

The transformation of our business by the amalgamation of Kusile represents the culmination of the establishment of Kusile as a black empowered consultancy that has reached sufficient maturity that it can participate with a long established labour consulting business.

We offer free IR assistance to Khanyisa and Mbeshwe with their internal matters and assisted with the registration and corporation of Mbeshwe a company that provides cleaning services to a well-known company in Spartan.

Our consultants and staff on a regular basis offer service and assistance to both Mbeshwe and Khanyisa to ensure that they operate in a successful manner. We provide assistance to them so that they can provide services to the community. This is just a small way in which we give back to the community and assist small businesses in growing and being able to provide employment to the unemployed.
